SOP Unapplied amount shows Double for the Original Amount - Apply sales documents
GP2013 computer crashed and now
- A batch was created under Cash Receipts with amount 500,000
- under Apply sales documents Original amount shows 500,000 but now after turning back on
- unapplied box shows 100,000.00 double the original

GP AD Users - from different Domains
Hi all,
I am setting up users to access GP web client (GP 2015). The users, however belong to Domain B, and the installation is on Domain A. A trust integration has been performed between these two domains. In GP user setup, I am able to look up the users (from Domain B), but the users are not getting succefully attached to the current user. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Defaults, List Price, and Customer Setup
We are trying to utilize Extended Pricing but there are a few things that just don't seem to make sense or that I cannot find the answers to.
1. Are you able to set a default Price Book that is automatically assigned to new customers? Or do you have to go into the Book assignment every single time you add a customer?
2. If a customer is assigned a Price Book and they purchase an item that is not on that Book, shouldn't it default to use the Unit Price that is on the Base Book?
3. When creating a Base Book and Base Sheet, shouldn't the list price automatically populate if you already have it imported and attached to the items?

DYNGRP and Service Pack Updates
I recently updated our GP2010 installation to SP4 (in preparation for an upgrade to GP2015). After the update, the sqlReporting user threw an EXECUTE permissions error when trying to run a SSRS report from our reporting server. The natural response was to claim GP caused this problem, but I wasn't so sure. As is almost always the case, the report worked before the update occurred.
The sqlReporting user is a user in SQL Server but was not a user created through the Dynamics GP application therefore was not assigned to the DYNGRP role automatically. It was created externally to Dynamics GP and was assigned the db_datareader, db_datawriter and (I assume) the DYNGRP database membership roles during creation.
Here's my question:
Is there a process which does a comparison between the users created in Dynamics GP and assigned to the DYNGRP vs. users who are assigned to the DYNGRP role and don't have a matching user record in Dynamics GP during a service pack update? And is it part of the process to remove those SQL users from the DYNGRP if a matching Dynamics GP record is not found?
This is the only scenario which makes sense to what caused this particular user to be removed from the DYNGRP.
I certainly appreciate any feedback.

Extender Issue
Hi All,
We have couple of Extender Customization on Employee Maintenance screen. The additional menus for extender windows disappears sporadically. Either the menus are not appearing when we launch the Emp Maintenance Card itself or while navigating through the Employee records. We are using PA, hence I even tried changing the security to default back to the Default Emp Maintenance screen instead of PA Emp Maintenance and see if that is something to do with PA. But problem still persists.
GP Version: 2010 with YE Update 2014
Any help would be highly appreciated.

benefit codes showing in web client
On the Benefits View screen with the "Active" radio button marked...
1- there are active codes with blank status
2- codes that are marked inactive on the employee records yet they show on the view, also with blank status
Not sure this is correct and I see this as creating many questions from employees as it looks like they are "active"
When marking the "All Benefits" radio button there are codes that show up that are inactive with the appropriate Inactive status....
So how do we get the codes that are inactive actually be recognized as inactive?

We were trying to configure GP web client 2013 in windows server 2012 R2. The installation part went though fine but while trying to login its showing the following error

GP 2013 PA Accounts Setup Table Check links removes records
I imported several records in the PA43001 table using table import and I can see them in GP 2013. However, when I run check links it removes them with them message "Record is missing in the accounts setup records, record has been removed" Is there some other table that work in conjunction with the PA43001 that I need to populate so check links with not blow them away?

GP Word templates - cannot see fields from XML source
Hi
I have completed a GP word report for SOP Blank Invoice form, I then want to use this as a base for a report on a client's environment.
On the client's environment I have exported the clients SOP Blank Invoice form as a xml, then opened my word document, and removed the SOP Blank Invoice source, then attempted to add the clients SOP BLank Invoice xml file as a source. However their is no fields appearing on the Field list for this SOP Blank Invoice.
Any idea where I might be going wrong?
Is it anything to do with the 'schemas'?

How to suppress a row if any one value have zero amount?
we can easily achieve if all row have zero value by using "Suppress row if all zero".
For Example,
Description Actual Budget
Misc Expense $ 0.00 $ 100.00
other Expense $50.00 $ 0.00
I need to suppress if any one value have zero amount in a row how to achieve this?... please guide me..

Records gets added in SY07110 table again and again.
Hello,
I have my own dictionary and adding some menus into Dynamics GP menu system.
Problem is each time I logged into GP, seen number of records get increased by 25 in table 'SY07110'.
Searching through I found a Microsoft documentation about this issue but they says it was on GP 2010 build and provided hot fix for the same.

I believed if its resolved in 2010 version then it should not appears to be in 2013 or 2015 but I observed the issue in both latest versions.
Does Microsoft resolved this for there dictionaries only? How we can get rid of this in my dictionary?

Business Portal Leave Code Summary and Leave Code Activity Query returned no results
Both the Leave Code Summary and Leave Code Activity show that "Query returned no results". When I go to edit webpart I receive a undefined error. The Managers Leave Summary and Leave Activity seem to be working fine. Any suggestions?

Fixed Asset Reports
I am trying to run a Fixed Asset inventory for a specific period, after which changes have been made to individual assets. When I run the report, it does not show the same information as the original report for the same time period. Is there any reason why this would be happening? The report should reflect the same information for the point in time instead of after the changes have been made?

Entering Historical Balances through the Trial Balance - Will GP Calculate the Net Change from Prior to Current Month?
When entering historical balances from the trial balance, will GP subtract prior month total from current month total to get correct current month transaction? If so, how can I set this up?

Grant User Ability to Save Changes but not Create a New Vendor
Is it possible to grant a user the ability to save changes to the vendor master but not create new vendors? I tried to change the field property for the Vendor ID to editable = false. Thinking a user could only lookup new vendors, but that didn't work because it is a required field. I also tried Field Level Security, but again it is a required field so it doesn't let me apply any attributes. Suggestions???

Has the CTX file format for EFT been fixed for use? Understand there was an issue with the Addenda Count calculation in prior versions.
