I have users setup as RT managers with access to both RMA receiving windows but they are getting permission denied with trying to POST the RMA's. Does anyone know which boxes to check off to give them access? I have looked all over in TRX FSS RT01 - Field Service and a few other places but cannot seem to find the correct box.
