I'm trying to create a New Integration in the GP/CRM Connector and I believe I set everything up correctly; however, when I try to choose Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 as my Application, where the list of Companies should be, I see this message:
Unable to retrieve data from application.
The Refresh button is also greyed out.
I am able to choose the CRM Organization without issue, so this appears to be an issue with the GP side. Here is a list of what I did:
1. When I test Connection in the Adapater Settings for GP, I see that it tests successfully.
2. I have added my ERP Integration user in the Web Services Security Console to both All Companies and the company I want to use with the Connector.
3. I have verified that this user has access to all the databases in SQL (this is a test environment for demo so I am not worried about security).
4. I have added Web Services for this company through the GP Web Services Configuration Wizard, which is not even in the documentation; however, I have found out from previous issues with this thing that it is required.
What other reason could there be for the list of GP Companies not being listed?
