Business Portal 5.1 SP3 - Purchase request screen issue

Hi,

I've just installed BP 5.1 SP3 64bit/ GP 2010 SP3, by the book and this particular screen flashes briefly, then shows "Error in the application" .

I even ran "\BusinessPortal5.1_SP3_x64\PreReqs\ActiveXControl\BusinessPortal-ActiveX.msi" to no avail. The only "non-standard" step was using English installation media for Business Portal, WebServices and eConnect with an Spanish GP installation media.

Has anyone solved this? Thanks in advance and regards.
