GP 2013 r2 - Requisition to PO

Hi all. We've succeeded in setting up requisitioning within GP 2013 r2 and workflow works fine and the requisition can be approved. We are struggling to figure the next step on how best to generate the requisition in to a PO and email the requester the PO number generated. Is there any way of doing any of this automatically? Thanks.
