Upgrade from 10.0 to SP5 failed

I am currently in the process of attempting to test the upgrade from GP 10.0 to GP 2013. To do this, SP 5 needs to be installed first. When I am attempting to upgrade the databases in the utilities tool, the majority of the databases are upgrading fine, but there are a few that are running into the following error on the "Load New Indexes" step of the upgrade process:

The following SQL statement produced an error: CREATE UNIQUE INDEX [AK8SVC00203] ON [dbo.SVC00203].....

When I click ok, another error pops up:

ERROR [MICROSOFT][SQL Native Client][SQL Server] Cannot find the object "sbo.SVC00203" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions.

After clicking ok on this screen, GP Utilities exits.

When I look at the database within SQL, there is only one SVC table (dbo.SVC05250). I run into this issue with three of the databases. These are all older databases that have been marked as inactive, but they still need to be pulled forward into the new version.

Any thoughts on why the SVC tables would be missing in these databases and what the best solution is to add them so I can continue with the upgrade process?
