Version of eConnect for Dynamics GP 7.5?

My official question is, is there a version of the eConnect stored procedures that should be used for integrating with Dynamics GP 7.5?

If so, should these stored procedures be pre-loaded on a system running 7.5 or do I need to obtain them and load them? (I have not yet had access to the client's server to simply look to see if they are already there).

Reason I ask, we have a client on 7.5 that wants to integrate invoices into Receivables. Consultants at my firm are talking about doing a direct-to-table SQL integration but I would prefer the use of eConnect stored procedures that provide business logic. Thanks!
