Does anyone know of a solution for tracking contested charges withing GP? Our issue is that we don't receive payment from various companies because they are contesting charges on an Invoice. We need to be able to add, at the Invoice level, notes, an assigned person (or GP User ID), Contest Code, etc.
I would like to avoid using Extender, but I know this is an option. I need the solution to be dynamic and have the ability to apply rules (i.e. by Customer, by Vendor, by Class, etc.)
