computer crash - great plains and create a check issues

We are using Great Plains version 7.5.  Had a computer crash so we are setting up a new one.  I have Great Plains installed back on it and Create A Check XT 9.0.  I have it to the point that checks are being created and when they print, you see it hit the spooler and go through, but nothing goes to the printer.  Now the print file gets created properly and we can open create a check and manually print at that point.  I am missing a step and not sure what it is.  The program used to automatically open create a check when the printed the check from Great Plains.  Any help would be appreciated.
