I've got a GP 10 (SP3) installation on a Citrix. the issue is that few times GP gets stuck (not responding) for all the users of that Citrix server while all other parts of the server is working fine. Also, the other Citrix server is having the same setup combination and do not hang at all. can you pls let me know how to troubleshoot this issue?
