Fatal error installing HR & Payroll Suite on W7 64 client

I am receiving the following error trying to do a client install of Dynamics GP V10 on a W7 64 machine.  GP HR from disk one installs fine, but HR & Payroll suite from disk 2 gives The Human Resources and Payroll Suite installation has ended prematurely...
