When I launch GP it says that the reports dictionary needs to be updated and I need to launch GP Utilities.
When I run GP Utilities (and I'm right clicking and selecting run as administrator just to be safe), and I try to update the reports dictionary file, I am getting an error that says "The dictionary C:\Corp\Dynamics.set is not compatible with the forms or reports dictionary for this product".
I reviewed the dynamics.set file in the old server, and in the new, and they are IDENTICAL. There is only 1 3rd party product, Mikorma MICR, which I have already installed on the new server so it's in the set file. I installed GP on the new server into the exact same folder so that there would be no issues with the set files pointing to the wrong paths.
So, I'm at a loss why it won't upgrade the reports dictionary. Should I not have copied REPORTS.DIC into the data folder on the new server, should I have ran this tool instead before copying it?
