We rely heavily on Extender windows tied to sales transactions that we use to track additional order information. Since we upgraded to GP 2013 it seems like the data isn't being stored consistently. I haven't been able to recreate this yet but what seems to happen is the user enters the order, enters the information into the extender window saves the window and the order, and then when they return later to view the information everything entered into extender is blank.
Has anyone ever come across anything similar? Any ideas where I should look for what might be causing this? We are currently using GP 2013 SP1 and Extender Standard 12.00.0048.
