Locked User

I’m having a problem with this error message (below). Is there a table I could clear up for this? I’ve clear the activity, sy00800 and delete tempdb.dex_lock and session tables. Usually it would allow me back in after 30 minutes, now it’s been 2 days.

Error Message: “Your User ID has been locked out of the accounting system…”
