GP Sales Order to Order

[GP Sales Order to Order] has encountered an error while processing key [OR40793]. The specified organization: myorg was not found.
1: A request was made for an organization that does not exist - check that you have the correct organizations set up in CRM

So when it says "Specified Organization", where would I specify this in CRM?
When I click on Administration, I see business units, and I have a business unit named myorg. I do not see anywhere in the CRM app where an Organization can be specified.
