How to modify the field form length in Microsoft Word template for GP2010

We have developed and implemented a modified SOP Word Template using the Microsoft Office Work Template Configurator and Maintenance tool in Microsoft GP2010.

We have discovered that the item description field outputs approximately 50 characters yet the Item Description field within Microsoft GP2010 can have up-to 110 characters. We want the report to be able to output the max characters available for this field. Please provide the method to have the item description field (and any other fields on the work template) to be modified to manipulate the amount of characters displayed on the given report.
