Item Price List Maintenance - Default Value of Start Quantity & End Quantity

Hi All,

What are the "Default Value" of the "Start Quantity"  & "End Quantity" in

Item Price List Maintenance?

Are the following the "Default Value" of the Start Qty & End Qty?

Start Quantity =1

End Quantity = 999,999,999,999

Please advise.
