Suggest Sales Items Setup Dynamics GP 2013

Hi All,

I am trying to setup the suggest sales items feature in GP 2013 and can't seem to get the window to display any suggestions. I have setup the item with two suggestions in the suggest sales item maintenance window (shown below).

Once the item has a suggested item the Suggest Sales Item Window pops up but no items are shown to add to the order.

Has anyone else come across this? This seems like a cool feature that I would like to use but I can't seem to get it setup correctly.

I am currently using GP 2013 SP1.
