Pulling standard cost of a kit

Hello,

   We are setting up kits as are BOM for any given job and im trying to find a report that will give me the standard/current cost of a kit with item quantities taken into account. So far have not had any luck, is this possible? As of now to get the cost of the kit we have to add it to a Sales Order so it calculates the cost.
