Hi All - I ran PSTL Account Modifier today at a client and found some inconsistent results so I made the changes to the import file and clicked Validate again and it is now showing that all my original accounts are invalid. I see that there is an Invalid Accounts temp table which is likely inaccessible via sql. The manual says to view any changes in the TACHANGE table then change the underlying spreadsheet and import again. The invalid accounts, which originally there were none, is blocking the ability to make adjustments. I am performing this in a test company so I am simply restoring the company to refresh the data and attempting the import again. The versions of GP and PSTL are lining up correctly.
Shouldn't the re-import of the spreadsheet allow for changes or am I doing something procedurally incorrect? Is there a way to delete the temp staging table? Also can anyone point me to uninstall instructions as this install has also caused some issues for users.
