GP 2013 Payroll Transactions import using Table Import

Hi

I am having a following error while importing payroll transactions using txt file . It imports first row successfully and then rejects all successive rows . Following is the format of data and error im receiving. 

data: 

batchid     employeeid  Paytype  Paycode department  units

IMPBATCHhumayunid 1 SALARY2014890 

IMPBATCH humayunid  2 VISCS

Please note that i am able to enter the same transactions using UI one by one
