Group AND Group OR

Hi, hope someone can help me. I want to search for a number of a number of accounts at once, and export the results to excel.

I have set up a simple Advanced Search enquiry, looking for Account names (we have some 5000 accounts on CRM), edited the columns etc.

I can view the results just fine for one account at a time, i am unable to view more thyan 1.

Do I need to use the Group AND or Group OR, and if so how do I use them as I just get the error message when trying.
