Direct Deposit Employer Benefits

I know that we can link deduction code within Direct Deposit, but was wondering if there is a solution for linking a benefit code to Direct Deposit or some other tool.   What we have is a client that has a HSA that the employer contributes to on behalf of the employee and the bank is requesting that information to be direct deposited to the employees account.   The amount the employee contributes is already being done that way.    I could also see this being used for 401k matching amounts.
