We have an active customer with open invoices that has just disappeared. We can pull up the invoices for the customer (both paid and unpaid) but when we try to link to the customer record (or try to find the customer through customer maintenance) it says the customer does not exist. How is this possible? I can try to recreate the customer, but we will be losing the history of their past invoices, plus how am I going to post payments to current invoices?
