In GP9, it happen from time to time that the table RM00500 record totally disappear, which means no link between the price sheet/book and the customers are available.
What we do at this time is to retore the previous night's backup in a test company ans then DTS the RM00500 from test to live. This however is critical for the business as the client do 30000 sales orders per month.
Does anyone have the same issues and what is the solution?
