We have a situation where inventory reconcile of about 7500 items and 200 sites takes more than 12 hours to complete overnight. We have to run reconcile on a daily basis as the qty balances are generally out of balance after day's work.
Our current release is GP2010 SP3 with 63 concurrent users and the database size reached around 30GB in only one year and half.
We have a numerous transactions in inventory tables like:
IV30300 >> 1,968,200
IV10200 >> 1,391,921
IV10201 >> 2,660,920
So please help if there is a way to get this maintenance activity to run faster by any enhanced inventory reconciler utility.
And what is the way we can keep our history in the same database more than one year and with lower size and high performance?
