Data Collection Summary Cost Figure with 0.00 Hours

Hello:

A GP 2010 Manufacturing client advised that his Data Collection Summary window is showing 0.00 for Total Time but 36.50 for Total Cost, on a routing sequence for a manufacturing order.

He says that the only costs that he maintains on all manufacturing orders is labor time.  The Labor Code for this routing sequence is set to "Per Hour" and not "Per Piece".

Further, he says that there was time--in the beginning--for this routing sequence.  But, that was a mistake.  So, to get rid of that mistake, he backed out that time to get it down to 0.00 using (manually) the Automated Data Collection window

But, he does not understand where that 36.50 cost figure is arising.  There was a lot more cost there, at first.  But, evidently, backing out all of the time was not good enough to make all of the cost go away.

Where could that remaining 36.50 be coming from?  Again, there are no other costs on the routing.  It's true that he is not backflushing.  But, I reviewed a few items in GP and do not see any other costs.

For reference, the shop rate is 26.60 with fixed overhead being 26.65.  The finished good quantity for this manufacturing order is 6.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

John
