Transactions exist for the customer. The customer cannot be deleted

Hi,

I added a sales payment to a sales invoice. I deleted the sales invoice, however, I cannot find the payment. How do I find payments and how do I find any transaction, including sales invoices, sales orders, and payments, for an associated customer?
