PS Time and Expense in GP2013

Hi all,

I have been trying to find any documentation on installing and configuring project accounting time and expense entry for GP2013. I assume PDK is still needed so I was able to install that but cannot find any documentation on the online portion. Can someone please direct me on where I can find that information?
