If you run a PO Transfer to History Utility would it transfer to history a PO whose cycle is not complete.
The purchase order was for 20 items, 13 were received and 7 were cancelled.
The Invoice matching for the 13 items has not happened but the PO seems to be moved to History. Any ideas as to why GP would do this?
