Collections Management GP2013

I've encountered an issue where, after upgrading to GP2013 and on SP1:

1. In Collections Management the query is run
2. We go to run the query letters, print, and email

But only the first record in the query is generated and gets emailed, and the others do not.

We've already taken a look at the Email settings (the To address for email settings is already updated to GP2013 standards).

Anyone else seeing a similar situation?
