We're using GP2010 and have set up a custom report accessed in the Field service module. When we use the Standard report things are fine, but a soon as we set the default to a Word template, we see the File tick box populated on the Report destination window (as we as the Screen tick box which is where we want the report to go). The report destination window doesn't have an "ask each time" tick box as we see in standard GP windows. Any ideas about how to change this default ?
