The client had previously been on GP 10 which had VAT Daybook included as standard but this was separated out for GP 2010 and was missed when the upgrade was done.
When I now try to install VAT Daybook into MDGP 2013 SP3 I get the error message:
Error: Product 3096 does not support upgrading from version 9.0.26.
I've checked DU000020 and it shows as installed as v10.
