We have MR 2012 server installed on the SQL server that contains GP databases, MR databases, and the data mart. Last week, we had a problem where we experienced extensive slowdown on GP when we were processing many reports. In working with the DBA's we concluded that the reports where the cause of the problem and now I am working on separating the environments. I am planning to move the MR Server components to an independent server. Then I will separate the SQL environments so that I have two SQL servers: one dedicated to the data mart and MR database, and one for the GP dynamics and company databases. As far as I can tell, this is a supported topology. Do any of you have a similar setup where Management Reporter is isolated from GP?
