We are having issues with GP2010 and Integration Manager (latest update IM 11.00.2055). We have created a Payroll Employee integration, and are unable to get it to update existing employee cards, specifically the address and internet information, when the source of the integration is a Simple or Advanced ODBC connection. It will completely insert a new employee just fine. When using the ODBC source though, it will update a changed SSN, etc, but nothing having to do with an address or email address.
When swapping in a CSV file as the source for the same integration, it successfully updates the employee address and internet info.
Anyone seen anything like this before?
