Is anyone else having trouble downloading RU 5 for MR 2012? I cannot get it to download on any of my W7 64 bit computers. I get the prompt about having to install the MS Download Manager, even though it is already installed, it then tries to install the download manager but cannot because it cannot download itself. I just discovered I cannot download any files even though I have been using the same computer to download for months now. I had to go to an old WXP computer to get the download. I am using IE 9 because IE 10 is too full of problems. As a matter of fact, now that I think of it, this problem started right after I had installed IE 10 and then unistalled it because it broke too many websites.
