I recently installed SRSS and deployed SRSS reports from GP 2010 R2. I added the metric as shown in figure 1.

When I go to the view icon just above the metrics window, the report server opens up in a browser and the graph is displayed as expected as shown in figure 2

However it is not displayed on the GP homepage. Business analyser is working correctly.

This is now the second occurrence of not having the 'Perpetua' font on a workstation that has Dynamics 2012 and Management Reporter 2012 installed. On my own workstation that ALSO has 2012 installed I have access to 'Perpetua'. Previously we used FRx and had Perpetua formatting in one of the rows, now it does not allow the user to even open the row format of the report, nor generate the report.
What is the solution?

We have a GP 2013 install package, it created the greatplains.msi file. But when I run it from a command line, it won't install any of the dependencies. I see the errors in the event log to install the dexterity shared components. Even if I install them first, I still end up with the VBA not being installed correctly.

On a network with multiple users it seems that when a user leaves the screen on monitor 2, when others login they cannot see the screen. Unless the last user moves the screen to monitor 1. I believe the dex.ini can control where the screen shows up as a default and I would like to set the dex.ini to do this. However, I'm not well verse on the dex.ini file and would like to know if anyone has had this problem and was able to fix it.

A customer has installed Office 365 subscription version of Office 2013 32 bit on a Win 7 x64 computer with GP 2010. When exporting from smartlist the user gets 'Unable to Start Excel' message and of course no data is sent to Excel. Another user has the same setup but can export. I have seen posts in which people have said that any Click-to-Run version of Office (not installed using msi which is the case for this customer) would not work. It does work for one user at the customer's site but not another as mentioned. Does anyone have any experience with this issues and resolving the problem?

I'm trying to setup a silent install of GP 2013 for my users so I don't have to manually install it on 150+ PC's. I've gotten all the way to the part of my setup where I have to run the GP Utilities, but I can't figure out how to run this silently. When I browse and click on it, the UAC box pops up asking to run it. But I can't figure out how to run it silently and include the Dynutils.set? I've attached a screenshot of the UAC pop-up I get.

I'm upgrading Dynamics GP 2010 SP4 (11.00.2248) Spanish Latin-American to Dynamics GP 2013 SP2 (12.00.1482). When I start Dynamics GP 2013 Utilities, I get the message "No es posible actualizar el producto 0 desde la versión 11.0.2248."
I checked the valid versions to upgrade and see the Spanish version 11.00.2197. I downloaded the MicrosoftDynamicsGP11-KB2821412-ESLA.msp file, which should let me in the 11.00.2197 version, but when I checked Dynamics GP 2010, my version was 11.00.2248 (SP4 ).
Is there any way to upgrade to GP 2013 from version 11.00.2248 (SP4)?
I'll appreciate any suggestion.

GP 2013 server preference is set to MAPI.
Tried the Exchange server which was invalid.
Checked the Outlook is set as default mail client.
Email tool still doesn't work. Any ideas?
I have a situation where we recently upgraded to GP 2013 from GP10. What was missed in the upgrade (and in the prior upgrade to GP10) was installing Fixed Assets and running Utiltities against that. Apparently it had been installed before and is on Version 9, for which there is not a path to GP2013 based on the following error when I run Utilities:
Failure encountered ON 2/3/2014 at 11:15:10 AM. Error: Product 309 does not support upgrading from version 9.0.114.
The customer never used Fixed Assets so there is no data to be lost, but how can I get it working in 2013?
We have an account that has had a 1 cent overpayment showing on the reports (both built in and the SSRS reports) since 2011 (it was just pointed out me today). Normally when there is a discrepancy the accounting dept. just makes an adjustment in GP Dynamics and all is good - however, in this particular case any attempt to make the normal adjustment comes with a response from GP that there are no overpaid or unbalanced documents to apply against. I have checked in the database and can see the entry in both tables RM30101 and RM30201 for $55.76 (should have been $55.75) and can see the document trail the reports are building from which does confirm the 1 cent discrepancy - not sure why GP says there isn't anything to apply against. Has anyone else come across this and if so what is the proper solution. (I would rather a solution that is run from within GP 2013 rather than one that involves directly meddling with the data in SQL - I have already tested changing the value in both tables indicated - but that yielded a broken report so I rolled them back to their original values - I assume there are other tables involved.)

While there is the functionality of adding a step in the Business Processes Options in Business Portal, how do I indicate that the additional level is for the additional supervisor?

We have over 2,800 documents in the ReqMgmtOpenTasks table that have an approvaltreenode value of 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000. All but 2 of those have a creatorid that is = to the currentApproverid. Are they supposed to have a value in there?
Also, how can there be over 3,000 open tasks dating all the way back from when the system was implemented in 2008? Shouldn't those move somewhere?
